Business Development (Sales)

We're looking for a motivated Business Development (Sales) Executive to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. In this role, you'll identify potential clients, conduct outreach campaigns, support the sales process, and maintain CRM records. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy communication, relationship building, and sales strategy. The role is based on-site and requires candidates to have their own laptop. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience and performance.
What you'll do
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and CRM tools
- Qualify leads before passing them to senior sales representatives
- Draft and send cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages
- Make introductory calls to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads throughout the sales funnel
- Assist senior sales executives in preparing pitches and proposals
- Participate in client calls and meetings to learn and contribute
- Help create presentations and sales decks
- Update and manage CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and lead status
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Schedule meetings and demos between prospects and the sales team
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and networking activities
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation
- Report progress and performance metrics to management
What we're looking for
- Must own a personal laptop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable speaking with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to research, organize, and manage prospect data effectively
